It happened 2 weeks ago my AC were out Friday evening, It was really hot. Thermostat screen was even black. My wife called, technician came really fast, He fixed it, recharged with preon too. He recommnaded We need new HVAC system since 27 years old. He fixed it but it has leak so it could be in trouble in a few weeks or a few months. It wasn’t cheap but he saved us. I tried another very large AC repair service before I called Total Systems. The people working there seemed very nice, but their service was terrible...lost my phone number, tried to charge me more than advertised for a simple diagnostic, gave me a partial estimate for repairs because they did not have parts on hand or at their company ....but really drove up estimated costs to near $900 just for just parts alone. I called Sabrina at Total Systems, per a recommendation from a friend. Sabrina was great...looked up parts to make sure they were on hand, gave me a total cost of parts and installation of the two parts, and scheduled me for next day service.
