“AC went out last night/Saturday because the thermostat became deprogrammed, likely due to yesterday's thunder storm. The unit was actually heating the house and baking all in the house all night until, in the morning, I figured out how to turn the entire system off at the breaker. Chris Collins, Residential Service Technician, came out on a Sunday. Weekends are time and a half, which seems fair. Chris is super kind, easy-going, knowledgeable, and professional. He gave me great maintenance tips, and made viable suggestions for saving money down the road. Chris fixed the thermostat programming for only $154, which is less than expected. It's cool again! Chris suggested I get on a heating and air maintenance program, which is a good idea. I will definitely use Alford Mechanical again and I will request Chris!“
