Only a couple days later Dillon and Johnathan came out to install the new unit. They were professional and friendly. They did a great job and even cut a tree to get it away from the ac unit for me and hauled it away at no extra fee. The quote was competitive and the best overall deal I found. “AC went out last night/Saturday because the thermostat became deprogrammed, likely due to yesterday's thunder storm. The unit was actually heating the house and baking all in the house all night until, in the morning, I figured out how to turn the entire system off at the breaker. Chris Collins, Residential Service Technician, came out on a Sunday. Weekends are time and a half, which seems fair. Chris is super kind, easy-going, knowledgeable, and professional. He gave me great maintenance tips, and made viable suggestions for saving money down the road. Chris fixed the thermostat programming for only $154, which is less than expected. It's cool again!
