Brand new home with no air since 7/28/22. Worker came 7/29 and 7/30, couldn’t fix. Called 8/1 ordering a part. Called 8/5 said they will be there Monday. No one showed. Called again, they will be there Tuesday. No one showed. Called again today, your appointment was moved. Why did no one not call me? Where is the customer service? I have had to call every time to find out what was going on.
