With each quote, I would search the internet for the average price of the heat pump to determine how much each installer was charging in labor. I was shocked at the estimates by some of their competitors, laber was three times the cost of the equipment. When I got their quote, I almost thought it had to be a mistake.“

“I had a 30nyear old unit that finally went out during the summer. When I called Pritchard Heating and Air, they came out fast and saw that the unit had to be replaced.
On the day of my appointment, the team came in, pulled out the old unit and both inside and out side units were replaced very quickly. They thoroughly talked me through everything they did and what I should do if the power shuts off or the unit stops working. Very professional and courteous. True professionals.
I highly recommend Pritchard Heating and Air if you need a new unit in your home. And I plan to have them come out and service my unit in the future. “If you ever needed a help on AC & Heating, Forest City is your choice, especially in an emergency situation. My upper stair heat pump broken a week ago, just as we started our 90+ degree. Jim Toney stopped by next morning on Sunday and I had units putting in and working on following Wednesday. There was some minor issue, but Jim sent tech back right way and fixed.
A week later, I am cool and happy. Supper efficient!!!
Not only that, I was expected to be charged w premium price because it is a last minute call. NO! Actually I had a quote from another big AC company 18 months ago. With the same price I paid, I got Trane 2 stages, variable speed exchange, instead of York single stage.

“Just had a new unit installed yesterday. I couldn't be happier with the price and service I got. It's August and very hot out, so all HVAC business is busy. If you can be a little patient, and by that I mean 2 weeks from the time Brent came out to quote the job to the install, these are your guys. I've contacted multiple places in the area and I'm glad I went with Jackson Heatin & Air. Some other places never called back or where bigger companies with bigger prices. The installers for Jackson's were great too! They came highly recommended, and I highly recommend them too.“
