“Back in 2022, I had shopped around and received several different quotes for a full HVAC install. I almost went with a competitor that year because the competitor offered financing. Once I read the quote and payment terms from that competitor, I said there was absolutely no way I was paying that much. I decided I was going to wait it out and get the money together, some how, some way, to hire Billings. After two years, I contacted the wonderful, patient, kind office manager there and asked her if the guys could come back out and re-quote the install. It was only $1,000 more than it was two years ago, and still well over $3,000 less than any of the competition!! Let's do it! I still had to hold off, but they were all so kind and understanding. Finally the day came and the install is complete!! The young men, who worked 4 days straight, did an amazing job! They were very friendly, respectful, laid back, professional, and meticulous! I cannot say enough about the quality of their work. Truly, they are great young men, hard working, raise up right, for sure!! They even left my basement cleaner than it was when they got there!! I found all my plumbing supplies, that I had haphazardly strewn all over the floor, neatly organized!! Truly, sincerely, they are all amazing!!! The electrician I hired to install the high voltage electric couldn't sing their praises enough either! It is by far the best experience I've had with a company, ever. Highly recommended!!!
