I visited the area this past weekend (July 4th). I went on a whim being that I was 4 hours from home. My experience was nothing short of awesome!
I was warmly greeted upon arrival. I didn't have a wait at all. My technician Amy was friendly and engaging. I thought it was going to be a silent service but it wasn't. I had some concerns about my nailbed. She provided helpful information. I wanted my nails short and natural and that is exactly what I received. Amy shaped my nails perfectly.

I went in last Monday for a manicure. I live there part time and part time in Raleigh. Second time there and a different person. First experience was great. The lady that did my nails the second time was not in a great mood at 515, took off the previous gel and burned my nail beds. She filed so hard it hurt. I have had my nails done for 30 years and never experienced pain like this. My nails have hurt for over a week and I had to get my polish taken off. Plus the polish was two different colors when she finished and the polish went over my cuticles. I did not notice the color until after I was in Walmart.
