They are prompt with their time, work hard and honest with the price. I noticed all of their tools were of top notch contractor grade. I like seeing business owners investing in their trade like this. It's a clear indication of caring about work quality. I wish all contractors would follow the leed from these guys. I am very happy with my new roof they provided.

Neighbor Metal Roofing does it all & at an AMAZING HONEST FEE!!! Owner German (“Hermon”) Martinez is quite an expert! Very intelligent, articulate & fluent in English & Spanish. He and his crew arrived next day at 8am sharp:) They’re professional, reliable, efficient. Offering premium service from start to a perfect end. I got 3 referrals from friends. All had excellent reviews but a vast difference in prices. German is NUMBER ONE in quality, timing AND price… BAR NONE. CALL HIM FIRST. Zero hidden costs. I had a shingle roof put on my home about five to six years ago. After the new shingle roof I was still having trouble with a valley leaking. After that I decided if I was going to have another roof put on my home it would be metal. In December 2023 I was on my lunch break in Southport cruising through town and spotted a truck advertising Neighbor Metal Roof. I followed the truck for a few blocks in order to get the number. After getting the number I pulled over, dialed the number and a gentleman answer Neighbor Metal Roof.
