Kaleb exceeded our expectations. He was prompt, polite, and knowledgeable, and he not only fixed the drain and faucet but explained what was wrong with them. I highly recommend John's Plumbing and will ask for Kaleb again if we have another plumbing issue.

Kaleb showed up early, was able to fix our primary concern (slow draining bathroom sink) in no time, checked the other sink and left both working as they should. Also replaced aerator on one faucet which he noticed despite me not remembering to tell him. VERY SATISFIED!
