Chris was FANTASTIC! He arrived on time, knew exactly what he was doing and was both professional and personable. In addition to addressing tje issues with my fridge, he gave me a quick tutorial on my water heater. Will definitely call this company for any other appliance issues I may have in the future!

Scheduled a call to fix our old Maytag washing machine. Thomas arrived on time. After looking at the machine, determined he needed some parts and scheduled a visit to install them. I paid him for about half of the parts and labor estimate, the balance being due after completion. For the return visit, again, on time arrival.He set about working on the machine and spent about an hour and a half trying to eliminate a noise and installed a new pump. In the end he could not eliminate the noise and said that a part that might do the trick was no longer available (The machine is 30 years old!) Jamerson Appliance did an AMAZING job installing our wall oven. Top notch quality and service. I wish I had contacted them first; it would have saved me a lot of headaches. Jamerson knows what they're doing!!!
