“Jonathan squeezed our project in while we were down on a "remodel week". He came over after regular hours and did everything! He was truly awesome. We hardly knew he was there, except and until we had a huge water problem!! My husband had been painting and removed the tank on the toilet in the next room. When he put it back on and turned on the water, something was not connected correctly and we had some water seeping into the floor of the room where Jonathan was laying the carpet!! He saved us from a very costly bigger issue. We shut off the water, and he went back to his store, got additional padding, tore out the wet stuff and replaced it. Then when I went to pay him, he didn't even charge us more. I gave him more anyway, as he totally deserved it. I cannot even imagine the mess we would have had if he had not been laying the carpet and alerted us to the water! But to tear out the wet padding and replace it and still get the job done while we were in town was even more amazing! I will use these guys for any future flooring jobs!“
