Olde North State Roofing

I had Old North State install a metal roof on my home. They sub contracted the job out to a migrant company. After the job was completed a storm came through and I had a handy man come and blow the pine straw off the roof. He came down and showed me pictures of a panel with almost no screws and another panel with screws not screwed all the way in. I called Old North State and they said they would be out to fix it. They never came. Now they ignore my calls. I would never use this company again and neither should you. Horrible customer service after they get your money!

I recently had a new metal roof installed on my home by Olde North State Roofing (ONS Roofing). Caused damage to the gutters and flash guards, scarring to the vinyl siding, poorly installed trim. I now question the quality of installation. Attempted to contact roofer via email and text to remedy the aforementioned. He has not returned my calls. Had to call another roofer to fix the front birdhouses and install drip edges to the front of the house. I highly do not recommend this roofer/company!

Did roofing for my grandmother. Horrible job. Refused to come fix the job. Stopped answering phone calls. We took him to small claims court and now he has yet to pay what was told to pay by the judge. Would never recommend him or any company he affiliates with to do work for you.
