Very normal accountant charging very normal rates. Reading the other reviews, I wonder what they expect out of an accounting firm. I've long had an accountant for my own business and personal returns and this is the firm my folks have used for years and I now work with to manage their taxes for them. They have been very responsive and accommodating of my elderly parents over the years which has made my job of managing their finances much easier.
