ooh, the studio is beautiful, but more importantly it is full of instructors and yogis who are enthusiastic to share their practice with all. And then there is the fancy boutique full of whimsy and crystals, and the fresh-as-can-be Juice Bar/Rooted Cafe. Love it!

I've taken classes at this studio in the past and I will most likely continue to come to hot asana studio southern pines my next time in town. Today's visit was not as great as my last few visits because of my experience with the front desk associate. She was business-like and her tone felt like she was projecting a slightly sassy attitude toward my girlfriend and I. It was my girlfriend's first visit to the studio and she didn't get a very nice impression either. I still lov

Tasha's warm yoga flow at 7:15am was the perfect way to start my day. So many options to try more or do less were offered so that I could make it all about what I needed. And, I didn't even know I needed, or could do, that bind you helped me find. Thank you, Tasha, for a great start to what will be a beautiful day. I hope to return to Southern Pines and practice with you again.
