We started working out with Kris about a year ago and couldn’t be happier. The work outs are fun, personalized, and effective! Goals are being met and we are having fun doing it. Kris is very conscientious of personal goals, limitations, and injuries to maximize the results and highlight the safety to keep you coming back for more and not being sidelined hurting yourself while trying to help yourself!! You can’t go wrong with Four Pines Fitness!!!

After doing that for a 4-5 months - I relocated to this area and decided I wanted a personal trainer. I felt like Pilates helped me, but it wasn’t enough and I wanted more! Lol! Due to my injures...read full review
