Great customer service. I had an extremely tight timeline and they were able to help me get in and get everything done when needed. I also appreciated how transparent they were with figuring out your insurance benefits prior which not all practices do. Quick and friendly service from front desk to hygienist to dentist exam with the dentist and assistant Haley, and to billing/back office. All around they did an awesome job!
It was very refreshing to have had S.Reddy as my Doctor and her team, Haylea, and Bethany. They all were very focused, but pleasant to be around. Almost seemed surreal how comfortable I felt at a doctors office.
I did feel that something was a little off though, was how happy and content they all seemed to be while at work at 8am. Maybe thats just me though.
I will definitely go back...
I had a great experience at Aspen Dental. From the moment I walked in, the PEC made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. They were incredibly professional, kind, and patient, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed.
