Their quality of product and installation is stellar. Their staff is friendly, courteous, and professional. I absolutely love the library bookcases they built for me. The only reason I haven't given them 5 stars is their lackluster communication. When they gave progress updates and reasons for delays - completely understandable with today's supply chain issues and rampant fall illnesses - I had to call for them. Considering the quality of their work and diligence during installation, I can only assume they were busy building, which ultimately I can't fault them for.

John, cannot thank you, Valerie, Anthony, and the whole McLean crew for the wonderful birthday present of custom book shelves for my study. Your installation team was fantastic and made a difficult job look easy going up those stairs! Anthony was a super craftsman working the trim work. And your price was most satisfactory!!I got the two bedrooms worth of books onto their shelves before our surprise guests arrived. Job, very well done!! Photo attached.

Just had cabinetry built by John Mc Lean!! They are beautiful!!! He did exactly what I wanted. The workmanship is outstanding! The install was done carefully and with perfection ( a shoutout to Anthony and Charles)! John told us upfront it would take awhile to become first on his list and it did. He is a small business and tge work is all hand done! All I can say it was definitely worth the wait!
