From Ashes To Bones Hot Yoga
Ashes To Bones Hot Yoga offers a variety of yoga classes welcoming yogis of all levels and practices. You can find hot Vinyasa flows, warm Restorative classes, connected Hatha based practice, power-flow variations, and now offering children’s yoga! While majority of our classes are heated (95-105*) or warmed (85*) there are still classes available for those who prefer regular room temperatures– be sure to check our calendar to find which classes best fit your practice! Ashes To Bone’s studio space allows up to 25+ students, providing mats, blocks, bolsters and other various props to enhance the practice! We believe yoga is for everyone and pride our studio’s ability to make classes accessible, enjoyable and effective. It’s just yoga!
By far the best yoga studio I’ve ever been to (east coast, west coast and even overseas)! Natalie creates a welcoming environment for any skill level and ability. I consider it my bi-weekly therapy session!
