The space is open and full of windows. It is relaxing to just walk in the building. But that isn't what I love most about the yoga connection. Martha Catz, the owner, is an amazing teacher. She offers creative, challenging, and calming all at once, and you leave feeling renewed and refreshed. I recommend for anyone wanting to expand and learn more about themselves.
