I went to Salon 29:11 for the first time today. However, I loved that when I called to make my appointment a real person answered the phone and recommended the stylist Caroline. When I arrived the Salon was well-appointed with a comfy sitting area. After a short wait Caroline took me to her station and I got the best haircut I have had in years and I really appreciated her attention to detail. The checkout process was easy and the staff friendly. I will be back for all of my salon needs. Thank-you.

I love love the atmosphere & staff at this salon. My 3 stars comes only because the pedicure chairs are very uncomfortable. Idc about something that massages but just comfortable.
