Overnight guy at the front desk (Hunter?) was phenomenal. Me and my fiancée are new members and he answered every single newbie question we had and walked us through all the of the amenities (massage station, full body enhancements, eat) with zero hesitation. Made it a really comfortable and enjoyable first visit.

solid gym, only problem is that I noticed it gets pretty hot where the benches and chest machines are on the right side of the gym and the left side where the back/leg machines are, would be nice if their were some fans in those sections of the gym other than that I have no complaints. ?

Needs some side Lateral machines badly. In response to this locations owner's response, I find myself constantly reminded when in in another planet fitness location that I'm not in my home location. That constant reminder screams "YOU'RE KINDA WELCOME HERE" even though I'm a black card holder. Out of town customers, beware of the other locations not totally welcome attitudes.
