I've had a number of HVAC companies in the past and have been told all sorts of stories about the issues we were having with our HVAC. Decided to try a family owned and operated business and reached out to O'Neil's, what a pleasant surprise, friendly, punctual, courteous, notifications when enroute for appointments, the whole nine yards. What is most exciting, they don't overcharge for their work, the estimate they give you is what I paid. Great experience working with O'Neils! He was transparent with the issues we had, patient with all of our questions, and efficient at getting a new unit installed. Really appreciate the work he put in to getting our downstairs unit replaced right before the Thanksgiving holiday!
