Justess was a God send!! I told him the other tech came and said there was a major issue! He said let me look, “his let me look” turned into my house going from over 90 degrees to me now sitting comfortably the next morning at our normal 70!! I thought I was about to be hot all weekend, not with Justess. Justess along with the lady that took my call were kind, and very helpful!!!! Thank you Comfort Shield you were truly my ram in the bush!
Billy & Nick were our Plumbing Techs for the day! Absolutely amazing work by these great guys! 10/10 every time we use Comfort Shield! The new Hot Water tank is very nice, the pressure was set by Billy before he left; so now we have better water pressure, clean water, and it gets hot much quicker now! I recommend fully! Thanks Billy and Nick!
John showed up on time and was very pleasant to work with. He came in the house, looked at the thermostat. We then went to the unit where he diagnosed a bad capacitor. He replaced it and within 20 minutes of him coming to my house, my air conditioner is working again. Thank you so very much.
