My less than 2 year old GE dishwasher wasn’t draining. I called Jose to schedule an appointment for him to come take a look. He was there the next day and found that my drain pump had failed. He said he had to order the part and would come out to replace it once it came in. The part came in within a day or two and he immediately came out and replaced it. He was very friendly and professional through the whole process. I will continue to use Southern Appliance anytime I need appliance repairs and would recommend them to everyone. Plus it’s nice to support a local family owned business!

We scheduled service for leaking dishwasher. Jose Ledesma came to our home. He was polite, respectful and knew exactly what he was doing. He said he needed parts he didn't have on his truck. The parts came in quickly and he came back after hours within just a couple of days to complete the job. Highly recommended Southern Appliance and technician, Jose.

Southern Appliance is the ONLY appliance and home service we use. We handle about 80 Properties and need service just about every week. VERY responsive and always has a solution to any problems I’ve ever had regarding all kitchen appliances. Have also used for washer a dryer. From the technicians to the office staff to the owners - UNBELIEVABLE Service! Highly recommend.
