“My less than 2 year old GE dishwasher wasn’t draining. I called Jose to schedule an appointment for him to come take a look. He was there the next day and found that my drain pump had failed. He said he had to order the part and would come out to replace it once it came in. The part came in within a day or two and he immediately came out and replaced it. He was very friendly and professional through the whole process. I will continue to use Southern Appliance anytime I need appliance repairs and would recommend them to everyone. Plus it’s nice to support a local family owned business!“
