Very thankful to have Jacob come out and fix our system a day after calling even during his busy season. Rather than just saying “replace it all” like some other big companies would, Jacob found the problems fast and offered solutions to each issue. Prices were very fair and he did a great job of explaining the issues.

My less than 2 year old GE dishwasher wasn’t draining. I called Jose to schedule an appointment for him to come take a look. He was there the next day and found that my drain pump had failed. He said he had to order the part and would come out to replace it once it came in. The part came in within a day or two and he immediately came out and replaced it. He was very friendly and professional through the whole process. I will continue to use Southern Appliance anytime I need appliance repairs and would recommend them to everyone. Plus it’s nice to support a local family owned business!
The doctors and the staff are some of the kindest people I've ever been around. Every step of the way, they were very knowledgeable, patient when answering all the questions, and offered a lot of compassion and empathy. Points East will always be my go-to place for my pup's needs. An hour and a half drive is more than worth it.
