A very nice company to deal with. My downstairs HVAC unit went out and they came out when promised. They did an assessment and replaced the unit. Their people were polite, their costs were in line, and they cleaned up their mess. I would recommend.

I hate that my first interaction with this great company was an emergency and I was a little edgy. Came home from being out of town and both of my systems were out. They sent over Andy at the end of his shift and found out it was a bad blower motor, thank god it was under warranty still. There was some miscommunication on time frame about being able to get the part in but that happens. But it all got settled and they are getting this part installed today 25 July 2023 right before the heat wave hits hard. The capacitor on our condenser went on us on a 90 degree Friday night.
Desperate, I called multiple techs in the area and every single one told me Monday was the soonest they could help.
I was so thankful to end up on the phone with Accu-Rite. The women on the phone was so sweet and helpful. She called one of her techs who came over even though he had already finished his last job on a Friday night.
I never seen someone troubleshoot so quickly. He was professional, knowledgeable, affordable, and kind.
I recommend Accu-Rite to anyone who is in need of air conditioning service!
