Twin Lakes has cared for our cat and dog for years. The team is knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about pets and their owners. I didn't fully appreciate how outstanding the entire team was until my cat died. He had a heart problem and had to be put to sleep. I was heartbroken. Dr. Kassi, Ariana, and Jamie were so kind and empathetic and made a horrible situation more bearable. The team even sent me a sympathy card signed by everyone shortly after the event. I can't over emphasize how much their understanding and compassion has meant to me.

100% recommend! They take care of your pets like they are their own. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff with a very nice facility in the heart of Shelby! They take care of our pets through every aspect of procedures before and after. Best around!

My dog is like my child and everyone at twin lakes treats Pita like she is their own. I highly recommend bringing your pup or other animals here. They all go above and beyond for every animal they treat.
