I’ve been a customer for a long time. However it sad the customer service lately. All you can do is leave messages. And then no one calls you back! I missed out on benefits due to employees not returning calls.

I wanted to take the time and show my appreciation for the amazing and friendly staff at this establishment. I’ve recently had to take my 6 year old to get an exam and get her set up to get glasses and anyone that had kids knows that there not the easiest to work with at such a young age . Not only did they have incredible patience with my daughter but they also took the time to make her feel extremely comfortable and confident in her exam.Honestly I’m so grateful to have chosen the Shelby eye clinic because they made this such an easy and exciting experience for my daughter that she will carry with her in life . Called to make appointment, advised staff I had lasik 7 years ago and had 20/10 vision. In last month eyesight has started failing. Was offered an October appointment (2 months away) hope I don’t go blind first!!!
