After being put off by another chimney maintenance company for weeks we contacted Piedmont Chimney & HVAC. They were on our job within a couple of business days. Co-owner Bradford and technician Casey were extremely courteous and thorough, with excellent communication skills. They had all tools, materials, and supplies on their truck and completed our maintenance, repairs, and installations all in one day. Casey took good care of us.
