Ozzy and I had our first visit this past week. The staff up-front welcomed us as soon as we walked in. The vet he saw took her time and examined him. She answered all of my questions. Ozzy wasn't nervous and everyone loved on him. I'am very happy with our new vet!
I came here because my usual vet places changed to no longer taking CareCredit. And my cat was due to be fixed. I called them and thankfully they took my cat in right away for her shots & vaccines while taking Carecredit. I’m so grateful to them. They answered the phone right away, friendly, caring folks. I’ll be coming here more often now.
I started taking my cats here awhile back . I use to have a different vets office and it was always hard to get seen there and the staff didnt seem to care as much. But when I started bringing my pets to Hope Hospital everything was alot easier. Its very simple to make an appointment, the staff are all very sweet and accommodating. They also do updates by calling and texting and doing follow-ups. I love this part so much. The atmosphere is very peaceful and i can even tell that my cats love the people here. Anytime I take my babies here they will purr and rub against the staff. I can tell that I made a great decision switching to this vet.
