“I reached out to Sparkles Cleaning Services to start regular cleaning for my 80+ grandmother. Besides being insured, price would determine if my grandmother could hire a service. Maintaining a full house slowly became too much to handle. Hiring a trustworthy cleaning service would enable her to regain comfort in her house.The owner, Crystal, personally walked thru the house to hear in person what my grandmother wanted, and did not want, cleaned. My grandmother and I both felt Crystal was trustworthy, easy to talk to, honest, and earnest. Crystal quoted an affordable price, both, for an initial deep clean and for subsequent monthly maintance cleanings.The deep clean was for an extendable 3-hrs. There would be an extra cost if more time was needed. The clean took 3 ½ hrs as there were many items to be dusted. The cleaning method was logical and the cleaners used different tools they brought themselves.I feel at peace knowing my grandmother is in good hands with Crystal and Sparkles Cleaning Services. Sparkles Cleaning is a blessing to Shelby. A clean house is good for the body and mind.
