From troubleshooting and diagnosis of our problems, we were given various options fully explained and chose our new system. Just had CSI install a tankless water heater in our home. The team was efficient and respectful of my house and time. The Bosch system looks great and is effective. Love it.
Also, Austin just completed the biannual maintenance for my Trane system. He did a great job and always explains how to keep my system up in between check up.

Will explained in detail exactly what work he did and told us what the problem was, which was many different things. He is a hard worker, and worked for hours while he was here and promised to return to check to make sure that everything was working properly. I would highly recommend this company and especially Will.
