Prompt, efficient, professional and thorough. I’ve had four refrigerators/freezers down and they promptly came, diagnosed the problems and quickly had them back in service. I’ve had two air units down and again they were prompt, diagnosed the problems and had the air restored within hours. I and the staff cannot thank them enough. Pfeiffer Cafe and Confections.
SPECIAL thanks to you for sending out Matt to work on my AC!! OMG! I cannot say ENOUGH about how quickly he diagnosed the issue, replaced the part, cleaned out my unit, and did it all with a smile on his face!! AND he saw something he said he had never seen before... a capacitor blew out the side instead of the top... we here at my house love showing people things they have never seen before!!
