UPDATE: I have changed my review from 1 star to 4 stars because Dawn (owner) reached out to me and apologized and she sent two of her guys to our house within 5 days. They fixed the problem in a fast and professional manner, and we are very pleased. When we had our shower re-modeled DLR was recommended to do our shower doors. It is a huge shower so the glass doors are huge and were told they were almost 100 lbs each glass door. After installed they left and just left the doors swinging freely, like shower curtains. It was frightening as big and heavy as they were swinging like that. So I called them back and asked if there was a way to secure these doors on the frame. They came back and seemed like an after thought of making little black plastic things they put on the bottom frame to keep the doors from swinging out into the shower. You'd think you'd know the shower door business and have frames built to keep the doors secure. It was a good month or so wait to get them. Fast forward 3 yrs and the cheap plastic tab broke off, so back to the swinging door , which scares us. And not being secure, keeps them from staying within the frame. So I called and left a message. They didn't call me back, I called again 2 days later and got Virginia. She just said, I'll put you on the schedule and hung up. 16 days and I hear NOTHING! So I called again and left message. Again, won't return my call. So I'm pretty upset and need to find someone that will help us. When you pay a lot of money to have a nice remodeled shower, but can't get help to remedy issues after they leave, it is pretty sad. And now trying to find someone in the shower door business that cares and will help us install a correct, NICE, Glide that will last longer than 3 yrs. We'd try to do it ourselves but when you pay that kind of money, I'd like it to be done correctly and look nice and if the doors need to come down to fix it, we can't lift 100 pound doors. I don't know what has happened to businesses anymore, to not be nice, helpful and want to correct issues you have with their work. Really sad times.

My children take speech and occupational therapy here and the staff is amazing! They are so patient with my babies and my kids feel so comfortable around them! They are very easy to schedule with and are great at working one on one with me and the therapist. They have been a God send for me and my kids! Hannah is definitely your go to girl for any type of waxing. She will make you feel so comfortable with any service you’re receiving. I had been wanting to get a Brazilian wax for soooo long and had been putting it off due to was afraid it would be painful or I would be uncomfortable. I was so wrong about both. Hannah talks you through the entire process and keeps you laughing and your mind off what is going on the entire time. ❤️

I'm always a little nervous to try new nail salons but this one did not disappoint. I was promptly and politely seated. I found the place is immaculately clean. Prices are fair and the result was fantastic. When in Shelby...this will be my go to place.
Best nails ever! My mom and I got both full set manicures with jelly pedicures with hot stones and parafarin wax. Talk about relaxing. I almost fell asleep in the chair both times. They executed both designs flawlessly. Definetly my go to nail place for now on. Wish i could post the pictures, but google wont let me. My moms design is already a previous design they did on instagram, but I got a french tip design with rhinestones and a bow. Hopefully they post it soon to show off their talents!
I moved here from IL and was looking for a new nail salon for me and my 6yr old daughter, first … I called and a lady answered the phone was soooo nice and friendly. Then when we came in for our appts they greeted us with smiles and they were very nice to my daughter. The nail work is great I love my new nails and my daughter said she couldn’t wait to go back again for a pedi next!

Stylist: The BEST pedicure and service I’ve had!! I can’t rave enough about this place. Everyone here is so sweet and communicative. I felt so welcomed when I first came in and even though it was a little busy, the communication was stellar and I was perfectly happy to be patient. The technician that did my pedicure was insanely detailed and I felt like I could relax. I felt like feet were being so pampered and there were so many additional steps taken to ensure an amazing pedicure, even paying attention to the water being consistently warm and ensuring my massage chair to be turned on. I loved the color of my toes and I was so excited to have it. Also, I have been having some chronic pain due to stress from nursing school and after this pedicure so much of it is gone, I feel incredible refreshed for graduation! I felt so special and cared for. Everyone consistently checked in and made sure I was okay and I could tell that the staff care for each other as well. The owners were so amazingly sweet and I wish I knew about this place sooner. It’s worth the wait!!! STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE, I wish I could you all 100000000 stars. Went there for a bridesmaid hairstyle. My stylist was Ashlee Davis, goes by Drake at the salon, and she was incredible! I was a little bit early and got done twenty minutes early! My appointment was allocated for an hour. I had my inspo picks, hair ornaments, and she worked with me to get everything exactly how I wanted it. She is so fun, bubbly, and a great all around person. If you need a formal style then GO TO HER! She even did touch ups before I left to make sure I was 100% happy with my style. I cannot recommend her enough!

You would never guess it was a spa or how nice it is inside. Very inviting and relaxing and soothing atmosphere. I'm still shocked at the incredible services and, of course, staff. A place like this is nice enough for a much bigger city, I'm stunned. They have a great selection of services, facials, nails, and hair. They seem to have almost everything here with regard to hair, skin, and nails.

Place is a hidden gem with a wizard of a tattoo artist inside. Jimmy is very affordable with quality work and humbled customer service! If you're looking for cover ups or just want a new piece I would recommend him 10 out of 10.

We recently used this company to replace an entire electrical panel box and the work they did was wonderful. We have had them do work in the past to our buildings to upgrade it, so that we can test dryers and stoves. I highly recommend this company and will tell my customers to give them a try if they have any electrical issues. Prices are unbeatable. I reached out to Sparkles Cleaning Services to start regular cleaning for my 80+ grandmother. Besides being insured, price would determine if my grandmother could hire a service. Maintaining a full house slowly became too much to handle. Hiring a trustworthy cleaning service would enable her to regain comfort in her house.The owner, Crystal, personally walked thru the house to hear in person what my grandmother wanted, and did not want, cleaned. My grandmother and I both felt Crystal was trustworthy, easy to talk to, honest, and earnest. Crystal quoted an affordable price, both, for an initial deep clean and for subsequent monthly maintance cleanings.The deep clean was for an extendable 3-hrs. There would be an extra cost if more time was needed. The clean took 3 ½ hrs as there were many items to be dusted. The cleaning method was logical and the cleaners used different tools they brought themselves.I feel at peace knowing my grandmother is in good hands with Crystal and Sparkles Cleaning Services. Sparkles Cleaning is a blessing to Shelby. A clean house is good for the body and mind. I hope my grandmother finds new hobbies with the energy she is now saving because of Sparkles Cleaning Services.
James Parker Company did a fantastic job laying down asphalt on our 1/4 long driveway. We are on a steep hill and the heavy rain kept on washing away our gravel driveway. Now, it's a perfect asphalt driveway. I thank James Parker everyday when I walk my dogs down our beautiful driveway. They are excellent and very professional. They actually answer and return telephone calls unlike other companies. Their quotes are very reasonable also. You can go wrong with James Parker!!!!!

within 24 hours, or so, of Fishers coming out to give an estimate on two large pecan trees( one on the house ), the trees were gone in two hours. Love that this is a non-corporate dentistry practice that has been passed down through generations of family dentists in Shelby that are dedicated to their community. He truly get to know his patients rather than treating them like a number. Dr. Plaster, like his father and grandfather did before him, clearly cares about providing quality care, is highly ethical, and also affordable.

Paul Mcmurray and his assistants are great. The dentist is not a fun place to visit but they are gentle and kind and the Christian music is wonderful! Wouldn't see anyone else!

Dr Eddins is the BEST VET we have ever gone to. He is kind, considerate and does not over bill (does the exact opposite). Came to our home twice on emergency calls for our dying dogs, put them to sleep in our home AND CHARGED US NOTHING. Try finding a vet like that in the city...you won't. He is a dying breed and I will ball my eyes out when he decides to retire.
My guinea pig passed Monday night (10/07/2024) and they were super sweet about our loos when we called to ask about cremation for her. The lady who took her back was super sweet and even gave me a hug to try to help cheer me up a little bit. My parents and I take our cats there for check ups and update their shots. Love them so much
