There was a problem that occurred with my set appt. I contacted them about what happened, and spoke with the owner. He was very responsive to what happened, and set things right for me. Been going to see them for 5 years now in SPT, and they have always done a great job in helping me take care of my eyes. 🙂🙂
I visited the Calabash location. My glasses broke unexpectedly. I walked in to their optical shop and they immediately helped me. They first tried to replace the broken piece but didn’t have an exact match. They were then able to transfer my lenses to a new frame. I walked out with “new” and working glasses in less than an hour. I’m so grateful. I was worried that I would not have working glasses before the holidays! Very happy customer!!!
