The staff is very knowledgeable and show compassion for there employees no matter your situation, the Nurses are extremely helpful and knowledgeable as well. I have had, and still currently have amazing clients I see daily, the faces I see light up just to have someone with them is a blessing. “My family had a wonderful experience with comfort keepers for the care of my mom. The entire staff was patient and compassionate from beginning to end. We were very open and honest about our expectations and communicated that to Jamie, Jenn and Kristin from the beginning. We all worked together and my mom had the best caregiver (retired nurse) we could ever ask for. My dad also felt supported by the caregiver who educated him re: my moms dementia and medical issues. I live out of state but had no problems hearing back from Comfort Keepers if I had a question with scheduling, billing, etc. Not saying there weren't any glitches along the way, but with honest communication and patience on both sides-my mom received excellent care until she passed. I would call upon Comfort Keepers again in a heart beat.“
