Overall great experience purchasing flooring for an entire house from Jim. He handily beat the price on all the other estimates I had. When we ran into a delay with the shipping from the distributor, he drove to Charlotte himself to pickup the flooring, deliver it and keep my project moving. Hard to find that level of hands on service. You’ve earned a loyal customer in the process!

Jim took a lot of time helping us match existing floors, from researching the existing floors and attempting to source an out of production product, to helping us choose the best current option available. The installation process was flawless. Very professional and very capable crew. We are very pleased with our floors and highly recommend Jim and Floor Coverings International.
It's difficult to rate value these days with prices rising almost weekly. Was kept informed regarding a slight delay in receiving four rooms of carpet from manufacturer. Two installers and two additional helpers made installation a cinch and in short order. Very pleased with installation. All furniture moved back and cleaned up well. I would recommend FCI.
