I moved from Philadelphia to Leland, NC in June of 2023 and after about 6 months, I was looking to buy a home. I spoke to a friend of mine, and he said the typical, “Give my guy a call. My wife and I are new to North Carolina. We fell in love with the Brunswick County beaches while visiting a couple of years ago.
