From the very beginning I was nervous because he stood there with his arms crossed leaning against the wall the whole time he talked to me. He didn’t look at anything under the house or in the attic before he quoted me for the work, but I needed something fast and he was the only one not booked out for months. Now I know why. He missed critically important information by not examining the wiring from day one even though I told him explicitly what the inspector had found before—he didn’t believe me.
