Pirates handled our termite treatment for our new build, and I have to say, I was truly impressed! I hadn’t used Pirates before, as I’ve worked with other companies in the past, but I was happily surprised. Our technician was friendly and knowledgeable, making the process smooth and reassuring. The office was also very responsive, scheduling our appointment quickly so it fit perfectly into our busy lives. The owner genuinely cares and is quick to reply to emails, which made the whole experience so positive.
