The walmart in sanford needs help on customer service! I try not to go into that place! It is always a mess and bad customer service! It took me 20 minutes to get out of self checkout today. Next time will go somewhere else.

The check out is filthy. I asked the woman nearby who works there three times if she could wipe up the nasty white smears and lumps off scanner. She ignored me. I asked again if possibly they have spray a d paper towels I could use to clean it. She stared at me like I am dirt to ask. I asked again politely. Who wants to rub their produce they will eat later into the wetness of chicken packages. She should be fired ASAP. She was the rudest worker, a d as we were leaving she stood with a few coworkers and looked at me as if she hated is just for coming to Walmart. Later. I looked and inquired for a manager. None one. The health department should culture the tops of every scanner. Look for salmonella germs and E-coli. If one cannot trust Walmart and feel safe, forget about this place. It is very sad, pretentious.

We have tried to use the pickup service several times. We live 30 min away from this Walmart but work close by. The scheduled pickups are delayed most of the time which we have to cancel the order instead of waiting. It would be different if they have you a new pickup time but it just says it's they will let you know the new time. Will not be ordering through this Walmart anymore.
