Norato Roofing is an awesome company to work with. I called them because my roof needed to be replaced due to wind damage. Elias came from Sanford all the way to Hope Mills to meet with me. Elias communicated with me via phone and text and was very prompt. The process was effortless and the bid for the job was very reasonable. Elias walked me through what I needed to do and kept me informed of dates/times, and any changes that came up with the schedule due to inclement weather. The entire team was very professional, friendly, and very appreciative that I actually got them lunch & a cooler of drinks because they were working so hard in the hot sun.
