Used to love my car wash experience at ModWash Sanford NC until I had to scrub the front of my own car before the wash. Employees used to prewash/light scrub the grill and car front before going inside the wash. Now they leave bucket out for public to scrub their own car. What is wrong with customer service these days. Not a 5 star day since I scrubbed my own car.

Best automatic car wash I've ever had.
Edit: the Soul hasn't been washed in ages so stopped by today. The guy took one good look and sent me through no charges. It didn't do a very good job. Lol. Thanks for trying Modwash.

Great car wash! State of the art equipment, safe for paint jobs, and filtered water for no spots. The self vacuum and wipe down areas include clean soft towels and window cleaner. I will take my new Tacoma truck here from now on!
