“Dodd knows his stuff. I had issues with my business laptop and he patiently went through my issues. He diagnosed the problems and ordered the parts. When the parts arrived at his office a few days later he called and I delivered my laptop to him at 3pm. He immediately began working and worked after hours to fix the issues while installing the new hardware. At 7:30pm same day the laptop was ready. SAME DAY! And it was after hours! He allowed me to come pick up the laptop and said, "You can pay me tomorrow because wife said dinner was ready". Wow - this right here is customer service at it's best. Highly recommend.“
