These ladies that work here are AMAZING. I had a bad infection due to my tooth breaking to my root over the weekend and they were quick to get me in Monday as well as help to get my tooth taken care of. I appreciate them staying and helping me as well as being patient with me as I had a fear of dentist offices in past. I will definitely continue to see them and get all my dental work done here. They offered many different options as well as took the time to explain them to me and help me get things resolved. If you are like me and we’re hesitant on seeing a dentist I would 100% recommend these nice ladies. It is like a family environment as well as great customer service and understanding of emergency issues. THANK you 😊 ladies and I appreciate everything you did to help me get rid of this pain and help me come up with a solution.
I’m am terrified of the dentist due to past mouth trauma. I called them last Thursday and they got me in this am. I always use nitrous but they were out so I trusted them and I’m so glad I did. It was painless and my anxiety was high but I had one incredibly lady who came back there and held my hand and I got through it. They even did the topical lido twice just for my peace of mind. After he did the first initial numbing shot he went in and explored but I was still very sensitive as I had an infected tooth. He told me to breathe and that we were going to do one more round of injection and then let me sit for a couple more mins. The whole process was less than 10 minutes or so . I can not express how amazing the the male doctor was and how he walked me through my breathing and everything from start to finish. They went ahead and did a mold for my flipper and then sent it out and extracted the infected tooth. I am more excited as I k ow that I’m in great hands and I’m even goin back in January to have more dental work with him again.
