My experience with this company has been amazing. A couple years ago I had a freon leak. The first company I had look at it recommended buying a completely new system. After that, I called Center Heating & AC, who came out and identified the problem within a few seconds (followed by some testing to ensure there wasn't anything else causing issues). They had me back up and running in no time. The staff answering the phones were very helpful making sure I was as informed as I could be and the technician was extremely experienced. My HVAC compressor stopped running late in the day on the 4th of July and I called them close to closing. The owner, I assume that is who it was, was friendly, asked some diagnostic questions and told me to just run the fan but turn the system itself off so as to not possibly cause any damage to it. He verified I had a valid form of payment by checking and putting my credit card on file. The technician came out first thing the next morning and checked the simplest thing first, the capacitor. Sure enough that was the problem. He replaced it and then checked the refrigerant (showed me the pressure was fine) and was done. No unnecessary procedures or parts. The technician was courteous and friendly. Overall, I had a very good experience with this company.
