I am not a customer of this company, but I ended up purchasing a house out in Kannapolis, NC that recently had a 2 piece 3.5 ton unit in it, installed by Precise Air. We ended up using the install of this 3.5 ton unit as leverage to get a cheaper price during closing. This would offset the price to install an entirely new 2 ton unit. Precise Air installed a 3.5 ton unit in a ~1400 SQ ft house. The size of the house was too small for this unit, but the real issue was that there were only 9 ducts in the entire house, pushing 100-120 cfms per duct. We appreciate the customer service provided by precise air. He was kind and very responsive. He provided same day services. The prices are reasonable and they are easy to work with. We will be calling precise for any future service for our HVAC system.

Unprofessional... called and the technician answered the phone with hello and not with precise air service can I help you. If ucant start off professionally I dought they'll end like it.
