The service technician Was very thorough and he gave us time to make our decision and the best option. They worked with the process and Best options of financing.. There Company to me is totally awesome. Their company is family oriented. I highly recommend this company and I rate this company a 5+ and more. They are truly a wonderful company. Their technicians are nice and they are knowledgeable, and their staff is also very nice and helpful.

He was very nice polite knowledgeable very prepared didn't waste my time there was only one thing that kind of deterred me from it and we have a air unit that is in good working order but the under the house unit is much older and he stated that we could not replace one without replacing the other and I've had another air place tell me different they said they could even replace the fan inside of the unit under the house to help me get more air for the time being and that's what we're trying to figure out something that we can do right now while we're just moving into the house and we can replace it later so we were looking for a way that maybe... read full review

We were having issues with our AC in the break room area of our trucking facility here in High Point, NC. Logan was the service technician and he found the problem immediately and got our AC working well again. He was great at explaining everything he did , and offered to give us an estimate of a maintenance agreement that will prevent further issues. He arrived on time and was knowledgeable. Thanks!
