This company goes above and beyond well-after the work is done! Our roof is approximately 1 1/2 years old. After a recent hail storm, the company emailed and called to make sure our roof survived the storm. They are even coming to inspect it. We've received excellent product, work, and customer service from Hardline Roofing.

Totally professional outfit. They handled an insurance claim at a rental property in Salisbury. They handled all the details and made it quite easy for me. Not only did they do a great job on the roof, there was some ceiling and wall damage inside, and they handled all the repairs. They did such a good job, my tenant sent me a video of the work and raved about the quality of the job and the professionalism of the staff. Do not hesitate to use this company. Often communication fails using contractors, the team at Hardline were quick to respond via email and text through the entire process.The general process of replacing your roof through insurance was rather uncomfortable, but Hardline spent time to walk me through the process. As an engineer, I tend to analyze everything to the Nth degree, and the crew there put up with all my questions through the entire process and accommodated my requests as much as possible.Their roof subs and interior subs were fantastic and worked around the house being occupied the entire time they spent at the house, which includes a 5yr old running wild.I have recommended Hardline to both my neighbors... read full review
