Finally, am able to trust a mechanic! Made two attempts at an out of town dealership to resolve an issue, to no avail. Alligood resolved the issue. A worn seal located in the rear of my car that made it sound and run rough. The employees are knowledgeable and very pleasant, as well. Thank you Alligood, you're "all good"!
Great experience, my old Jeep needed a lot of repairs they called and told me what was wrong and have a quote for repairs and to check if I wanted to do it. Very honest and trustworthy people. Will definitely use them again ?
Came in for an inspection and then I suddenly had a check engine light. Todd was patient and gracious enough to take care of the issue despite me being aggressive on the issue. I went to the dealership and they wanted a 4000$ to fix a bogus problem. Turns out newer vehicles just have issues clearing after inspection. After resetting the car it ran fine.Will definitely come again especially after he showed effort and integrity to resolve the issue.
